Stage 1: Appraisal
If you are thinking of selling your property, we'll be very happy to visit and give you a report on market conditions, as well as an initial no-obligation appraisal of your home.
Stage 2: Preparation
You We will give you honest, well-informed advice on the best way to sell your property and we will create a bespoke marketing strategy for you. We will then prepare the material that will be used to market your property.
This step involves the commissioning of high-quality photography of your home and the production offloorplans. You'll be able to choose from a number of proven brochure styles. There is also the opportunity to have a video of your property made.
