Selling With Rettie

"Chris Hall and Rettie and Co were instructed by my family to market our Brigton estate. This was a significant and carefully considered decision by my daughters and myself after many centuries of continuous ownership by us. From start to finish Chris and his colleagues were thorough and professional with regular and timely contact to maintain progress and keep us abreast of it. A large number of interested parties were attracted from across the UK and wider afield. A successful closing date led to an excellent array of offers being received. Our expectations were more than satisfied.  It was also important to us that throughout what was inevitably an emotional process, Chris and the team acted with charm and understanding, as well as the upmost professionalism. We are grateful to them’’

Angus M D OBE, Brigton Estate, Forfar

"Chris Hall and the Rettie and Co. Rural Team have provided me with advice on a number of property matters for many years now.  Their advice has been consistently well researched, carefully considered, and appropriate and I would be happy to recommend their services to third parties."

R McNeil, Perthshire

"May I just throw in my own penny-worth of appreciation of your collective and individual sterling works in guiding us to this outcome. It’s been a hell of a journey, but you’ve held it all together against considerable odds and I both congratulate and applaud you. Thank you very much indeed."

DF Executor, Mugdrum Estate, Fife

"Over the past ten years or so I have enjoyed a great working relationship with Chris and his colleagues.  Throughout this period their advice has been honest, researched, reliable and informed.  Their work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail cannot be faulted.  I am pleased that our relationship continues today and look forward to working together in the future.
